This weekend I had the privilege of attending Classy Mommy #ClassyMommySocial. It was held at The Franklin Institute which was really cool. I'll definitely be coming back with the family to check out their exhibits.
The room was FILLED with toys. It was a child's dream. I made some notes on Christmas gifts I'll be looking out for for BabyCakes - anything Moana and the Hello Kitty Pretend Grill, just to name a few.
Every guest received a complimentary Corolle doll.
One thing I'll definitely be picking up is the Super Roller-Skating Mini. BabyCakes has just recently become really into Minnie Mouse and this will be great for her birthday in a couple weeks or Christmas. Here's a little video of Minnie in action.
The event wasn't ALL toys. The BLO/OUT bar was there offering hair styling.
Save the Children had a table offering emergency bags and a station where you could create an In Case of Emergency (ICE) card for your child.
Classy Mommy also had her book recommends on display.
It was a really nice afternoon. Nice to meet other mom bloggers from the area and get the inside scoop on what's going to be hot this Christmas season.
So sad to have missed this year's event! Looks like it was fabulous! My daughter is head over heels for the American Girl doll Wellie Wishers this year. I have a feeling they will be on her Christmas wish list. Thanks for sharing this awesome recap! Glad you had fun!
